• Narset, Parter of Veils on the battlefield
• The Vision and Scarlet Witch on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library
2. Activate Narset by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to look at the top four cards of your library, then reveal Sensei's Divining Top and put it into your hand
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying The Vision and Scarlet Witch and Displacer Kitten trigger
4. Resolve the Vision and Scarlet Witch trigger, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it
5. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking Narset
6. Repeat
