Prerequisites

• Anhelo, the Painter on the battlefield
• Talrand, Sky Summoner on the battlefield
• Call to Mind in hand
• Mystic Retrieval in the graveyard
• Notorious Throng in hand
• You control at least one additional creature with power two or greater
• You have not cast an instant or sorcery this turn
• You control at least one Rogue that cannot be blocked by an opponent and that does not have summoning sickness
• on the first turn, with at most available each odd-numbered extra turn and each even-numbered extra turn available

Steps

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using a Rogue
2. Cast Notorious Throng for its prowl cost by paying and sacrificing a creaature with power two or greater, targeting yourself
3. Notorious Throng's casualty ability and Talrand trigger
4. Resolve the Notorious Throng trigger, copying it, targeting yourself
5. Resolve the Talrand trigger, creating a 2/2 Drake creature token
6. Resolve both Notorious Throngs, causing you to take two extra turns after this one
7. Move to your first extra turn
8. Cast Call to Mind by paying and sacrificing a Drake, targeting Mystic Retrieval
9. Call to Mind's casualty ability and Talrand trigger
10. Resolve the Call to Mind trigger, copying it, targeting Notorious Throng
11. Resolve the Talrand trigger, creating a 2/2 Drake creature token
12. Resolve both Call to Minds, returning Notorious Throng and Mystic Retrieval from your graveyard to your hand
13. Move to your second extra turn
14. Repeat steps 1 through 7 one additional time
15. Cast Mystic Retrieval by paying and sacrificing a Drake, targeting Call to Mind
16. Mystic Retrieval's casualty ability and Talrand trigger
17. Resolve the Mystic Retrieval trigger, copying it, targeting Notorious Throng
18. Resolve the Talrand trigger, creating a 2/2 Drake creature token
19. Resolve both Mystic Retrievals, returning Notorious Throng and Call to Mind from your graveyard to your hand
20. Move to your second extra turn
21. Repeat
