Prerequisites

• Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith on the battlefield
• Clock of Omens on the battlefield
• Prototype Portal on the battlefield
• Seat of the Synod in exile

Steps

1. Activate Prototype Portal by paying and tapping it, creating a token copy of Seat of the Synod
2. The Seat of the Synod token enters the battlefield, triggering Toggo, creating a Rock artifact equipment token
3. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the Seat of the Synod token and the Rock token, untapping Prototype Portal
4. Repeat
