Steps
- Cast Mind's Desire by paying
- Eye of the Storm goes onto the stack, exiling Mind's Desire, then casting a copy of Mind's Desire (storm count 1, two copies on the stack)
- Hold priority and sacrifice Mirror (exiled by Rest in Peace), targeting Mirror and Mind's Desire
- Mirror resolves, exiling all cards in your library while making Mind's Desire and Mirror your new library
- Both copies of Mind's Desire resolve, casting Mirror and Mind's Desire (storm count 2/3, 3/4 copies on the stack)
- Repeat, increasing the storm count any amount of times while reusing Mirror to reset the library, allowing to cast any spell through Mind's Desire
