Prerequisites

• Niv-Mizzet in command zone
• Circu in library
• All other permanents on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Food Chain by exiling Squee, adding four mana of any one color that can only be spent to cast creature spells
2. Cast Squee from exile by paying
3. Repeat any number of times
4. Cast Niv-Mizzet by paying plus command tax (if applicable)
5. When Niv Mizzet enters the battlefield, reveal the top ten cards of your library and put up to one revealed card from each color pair into your hand
6. Activate Food Chain by exiling Niv-Mizzet, adding that can only be spent to cast creature spells
7. Put Niv-Mizzet into the command zone from exile
8. Repeat from step 4 until Circu is in your hand
9. Cast Circu by paying
10. Cast Niv-Mizzet by paying plus command tax (if applicable)
11. Circu's first two abilities trigger
12. Resolve one trigger, exiling the top card of target player's library
13. Resolve the other trigger, exiling the top card of target player's library
14. When Niv Mizzet enters the battlefield, reveal the top ten cards of your library and put up to one revealed card from each color pair into your hand
15. Activate Food Chain by exiling Niv-Mizzet, adding that can only be spent to cast creature spells
16. Put Niv-Mizzet into the command zone from exile
17. Repeat from step 10

• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
• Infinite colored mana that can only be spent to cast creature spells
• Exile all opponents' libraries
• Infinite storm count
• Put all two-colored cards from your library into your hand
