Prerequisites

• Dalakos, Crafter of Wonders on the battlefield
• Pentavus on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff on the battlefield
• Stalking Vengeance on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Dalakos by tapping it, adding that can only be spent on artifacts or to activate abilities of artifacts
2. Activate Pentavus's first ability by paying , creating a 1/1 Pentavite creature token
3. Activate Pentavus's second ability by paying and sacrificing a Pentavite, putting a +1/+1 counter on Pentavus
4. Dalakos triggers, untapping
5. Stalking Vengeance triggers, dealing 1 damage to any target
6. Repeat

• Infinite damage
• Infinite death triggers
