Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Tovolar's Huntmaster, adding
2. Tovolar's Huntmaster dies, triggering Nim Deathmantle, causing you to pay to return Tovolar's Huntmaster from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it
3. Tovolar's Huntmaster enters the battlefield, creating two 2/2 Wolf creature tokens
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Wolf, adding
5. Repeat
