Steps

1. Activate The Scorpion God by paying , putting a -1/-1 counter on an X/1 creature
2. The creature dies as a state-based action due to having zero or less toughness
3. The Scorpion God, Blowfly Infestation, and Nest of Scarabs trigger; target an X/1 creature with Blowfly Infestation's ability
4. Resolve the Nest of Scarabs trigger, creating a 1/1 Insect token
5. Resolve the Blowfly Infestation trigger, putting a -1/-1 counter on an X/1 creature and causing it to die
6. Repeat from step 2 any number of times
7. Once you wish to end the loop, target The Scorpion God with Blowfly Infestation
8. Resolve all of The Scorpion God's triggers, drawing any number of cards
