Steps

1. Activate Hakim's first activated ability by paying and targeting Treachery
2. Treachery enters the battlefield attached to Hakim, untapping five lands you control
3. Activate your lands by tapping them, adding at least
4. Activate Claws of Gix by paying and sacrificing Treachery, causing you to gain 1 life
5. Repeat
