Steps

1. Cast Teferi by paying
2. Widespread Thieving triggers, creating two Treasure tokens
3. Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
4. Activate Teferi's second loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, returning it from the battlefield to your hand, and causing you to draw a card
5. Repeat
