Prerequisites

• Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner on the battlefield
• Displacer Kitten on the battlefield
• Isochron Scepter on the battlefield
• The Chain Veil on the battlefield
• Mana Vault on the battlefield
• You have an instant card exiled with Isochron Scepter that does not remove a permanent and/or counter a spell, and that has legal targets, if needed
• Kiora has at least three loyalty counters on it

Steps

1. Activate Mana Vault by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping Mana Vault
3. Activate Mana Vault by tapping it, adding
4. Activate The Chain Veil by paying and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn
5. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping Isochron Scepter
6. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost
7. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Kiora
8. Resolve the copy of the instant card
9. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping Mana Vault
10. Activate Mana Vault by tapping it, adding
11. Repeat from step 5
12. Once you have infinite mana, you may untap any other permanent using Kiora

• Infinite colorless mana
• Infinite copies of all cards exiled by Isochron Scepter
