Steps

1. Activate Will by tapping it, reducing the cost of all white and/or blue spells you cast this turn by at least
2. Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying due to Will's ability, targeting any permanent
3. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure artifact token
4. Resolve Clockspinning, returning it to your hand
5. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
6. Repeat from step 2
