Steps

1. Activate Gilded Lotus by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Bösium Strip by paying and tapping it, allowing you to cast instant and sorcery spells from your graveyard this turn
3. Cast Clockspinning by paying , targeting Gilded Lotus
4. Orvar's first ability triggers, creating a token copy of Gilded Lotus
5. Resolve Clockspinning, putting it into your graveyard
6. Activate the Gilded Lotus token by tapping it, adding
7. Cast Clockspinning from your graveyard with buyback by paying , targeting Gilded Lotus
8. Orvar's first ability triggers, creating a token copy of Gilded Lotus
9. Resolve Clockspinning, returning Clockspinning to your hand
10. Activate the Gilded Lotus token by tapping it, adding
11. Repeat from step 3
12. Once you have infinite mana, you may instead target any other applicable permanent
