• Clockspinning in hand
• Heliod on the battlefield as Heliod, the Warped Eclipse
• You control a permanent that enters the battlefield untapped and can tap to produce at least
• Opponents have drawn at least three cards this turn

Steps

1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least
2. Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying , targeting the mana-producing permanent
3. Orvar's first ability triggers, creating a copy of the mana-producing permanent
4. Resolve Clockspinning, returning it to your hand
5. Repeat
6. If the chosen permanent is an Island, this combo will net infinite landfall triggers and infinite tapped Island tokens
