• Scurry Oak on the battlefield
• Terror of the Peaks on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Strength of Will by paying , targeting Scurry Oak
2. Put a +1/+1 counter on Scurry Oak
3. Scurry Oak triggers, creating a creature token
4. When the creature token enters, Terror of the Peaks triggers, dealing damage to Scurry Oak
5. Scurry Oak triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
6. Repeat from step 3
