• Dramatic Reversal in hand
• Narset's Reversal in hand
• Nonland permanents you control can tap to produce at least

Steps

1. Activate Primal Wellspring and another mana-producing nonland permanent by tapping them, adding at least
2. Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying
3. Primal Wellspring triggers, copying Dramatic Reversal
4. Resolve the copy of Dramatic Reversal, untapping all nonland permanents you control
5. Activate Primal Wellspring and the mana-producing permanent by tapping them, adding at least
6. Cast Narset's Reversal by paying , targeting Dramatic Reversal
7. Primal Wellspring triggers, copying Narset's Reversal targeting the original Narset's Reversal
8. Resolve the copy of Narset's Reversal, copying the original Narset's Reversal targeting Dramatic Reversal, and returning the original Narset's Reversal to your hand
9. Resolve Narset's Reversal, copying Dramatic Reversal and returning the original Dramatic Reversal to your hand
10. Resolve the copy of Dramatic Reversal, untapping all nonland permanents you control
11. Repeat
12. If nonland permanents you control can tap to produce at least , this combo nets infinite mana
