Steps

1. Cast Ruthless Technomancer by paying
2. Ruthless Technomancer enters the battlefield, causing you to sacrifice Restoration Angel and create three Treasure, three Clue, and three Food tokens
3. Activate the three Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
4. Activate Ruthless Technomancer by paying and sacrificing three artifacts, returning Restoration Angel from your graveyard to the battlefield
5. Restoration Angel enters the battlefield, blinking Ruthless Technomancer
6. Repeat from step 2
