Steps

1. Cast Chronozoa by paying
2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Chronozoa
3. Chronozoa dies, triggers itself, creating two token copy of Chronozoa
4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia's ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Chronozoa's power
5. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing token copy of Chronozoa
6. Repeat from step 3
