• Sage of Hours on the battlefield
• Celestial Force on the battlefield
• Rhox Faithmender on the battlefield

Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Celestial Force triggers, causing you to gain six life
2. At the beginning of your end step, Lathiel triggers, putting six +1/+1 counters on Sage of Hours
3. Activate Sage of Hours by removing all +1/+1 counters from it, causing you to take at least one extra turn after this one
4. Repeat each turn
