Prerequisites

• The Jolly Balloon Man on the battlefield
• Timestream Navigator on the battlefield
• each turn available

Steps

1. Activate The Jolly Balloon Man by paying and tapping it, creating a token copy of Timestream Navigator that is a 1/1 Balloon with flying and haste
2. If you don't have the city's blessing, the Timestream Navigator token will give you the city's blessing
3. Activate the Timestream Navigator token by paying , tapping it and putting it onto the bottom of your library from the battlefield, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
4. Repeat each turn
