• Cleric Class on the battlefield
• Cryptic Trilobite on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Essence Depleter by paying , causing you to gain 2 life and an opponent to lose 1 life
2. Cleric Class triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Cryptic Trilobite
3. Activate Cryptic Trilobite by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding that can only be spent to activate abilities
4. Repeat
