Prerequisites

• Othelm, Sigardian Outcast on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Myr Battlesphere on the battlefield
• Freed from the Real on the battlefield
• Freed from the Real attached to Othelm
• Othelm does not have summoning sickness
• available

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Myr Battlesphere, adding
2. Activate Othelm by paying and tapping it, returning Myr Battlesphere from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped
3. Myr Battlesphere enters the battlefield, creating four 1/1 Myr creature tokens
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Myr tokens, adding
5. Activate Freed from the Real's second ability by paying , untapping Othelm
6. Repeat
