Prerequisites

• Othelm, Sigardian Outcast on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Deep Forest Hermit on the battlefield
• Pemmin's Aura on the battlefield
• Pemmin's Aura attached to Othelm
• Othelm does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Deep Forest Hermit, adding
2. Activate Othelm by paying and tapping it, returning Deep Forest Hermit from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped
3. When Deep Forest Hermit enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating four 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Squirrel tokens, adding
5. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying , untapping Othelm
6. Repeat
