Prerequisites

• Othelm, Sigardian Outcast on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Hornet Queen on the battlefield
• Pemmin's Aura on the battlefield
• Pemmin's Aura attached to Othelm
• Othelm does not have summoning sickness
• available

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Hornet Queen, adding
2. Activate Othelm by paying and tapping it, returning Hornet Queen from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped
3. Hornet Queen enters the battlefield, creating four 1/1 Insect creature tokens
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Insect tokens, adding
5. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying , untapping Othelm
6. Repeat
