Prerequisites

• Stasis on the battlefield
• Unstoppable Plan on the battlefield
• You control a nonland permanent that can tap to produce at least

Steps

1. During your upkeep, Stasis triggers
2. Holding priority, activate a nonland permanent by tapping it, adding at least
3. Resolve the Stasis trigger, causing you to pay
4. At the beginning of your endstep, Unstoppable Plan triggers, untapping all nonland permanents you control
5. While Stasis is on the battlefield, players will skip their untap steps
