• Stasis on the battlefield
• Generous Plunderer on the battlefield

Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Stasis and Generous Plunderer's first ability trigger
2. Resolve the Generous Plunderer trigger, causing you to create a Treasure token and causing an opponent to create a tapped Treasure token
3. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
4. Resolve the Stasis trigger, causing you to pay
5. Repeat during each of your turns
6. As long as Stasis is on the battlefield, players skip their untap steps
