Steps

1. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing the artifact creature, adding
2. When the artifact creature dies, it and Crime Novelist trigger
3. Resolve the artifact creature's trigger, returning the other artifact creature from your graveyard to your hand
4. Resolve the Crime Novelist trigger, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it
5. Cast the artifact creature from your hand by paying its mana cost
6. Repeat
