Prerequisites

• Glaring Fleshraker on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Workshop Assistant in hand or in the graveyard
• Myr Retriever in hand or in the graveyard

Steps

1. Cast the artifact creature card in your hand by paying its mana cost
2. Glaring Fleshraker's first ability triggers, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token
3. When the Eldrazi Spawn enters the battlefield, Glaring Fleshraker's second ability triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent
4. Resolve the artifact creature spell, triggering Glaring Fleshraker's second ability, dealing 1 damage to each opponent
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the artifact creature, adding
6. When the artifact creature dies, it triggers, returning the other artifact creature from your graveyard to your hand
7. If needed, activate the Eldrazi Spawn by sacrificing it, adding
8. Repeat
