Steps

1. Cast Cloudshift by paying
2. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token
3. Resolve Cloudshift, blinking Skullwinder
4. Skullwinder enters the battlefield, returning Cloudshift from your graveyard to your hand and causing target opponent to return a card from their graveyard to their hand
5. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
6. Repeat
