Steps

1. Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least
2. Cast Rally the Galadhrim by paying and tapping Vampire Charmseeker and Peregrine Drake, targeting Vampire Charmseeker Rally the Galadhrim's conspire ability triggers, copying it, targeting Peregrine Drake
3. Resolve the copy of Rally the Galadhrim, creating a token copy of Peregrine Drake
4. When the Peregrine Drake token enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to five lands
5. Resolve the original Rally the Galadhrim, creating a token copy of Vampire Charmseeker
6. When the Vampire Charmseeker token enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Rally the Galadhrim from your graveyard to your hand
7. Repeat, tapping the Vampire Charmseeker and Peregrine Drake tokens when casting Rally the Galadhrim instead
