• Disturbed Burial in hand
• Hooded Hydra in hand
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Doubling Season on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Hooded Hydra by paying , causing it to enter the battlefield with six +1/+1 counters on it
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Hooded Hydra, adding
3. Hooded Hydra dies, creating twelve 1/1 Snake creature tokens
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar nine times by sacrificing nine Snakes, adding
5. Cast Disturbed Burial with buyback by paying , returning Hooded Hydra from your graveyard to your hand, and returning Disturbed Burial to your hand
6. Repeat
