Prerequisites

• Leveler in hand
• Mystic Reflection in hand or in exile
• Alliance of Arms in hand
• undefined , plus if Mystic Reflection was not foretold available

Steps

1. Cast Leveler by paying
2. Leveler enters the battlefield, triggering itself, exiling your library
3. Cast Mystic Reflection by paying , causing the next creatures or planeswalkers to enter the battlefield this turn to enter as copies of Leveler
4. Cast Alliance of Arms by paying , paying at least as it resolves and causing each player to create a number of Leveler tokens equal to the amount of mana paid
5. Each of the token copies of Leveler enter the battlefield, triggering themselves, exiling their controllers' libraries
